Beef Kofta with Hummus

These are great little things that can be served as a main with hummus and a side salad with bread or as little appetizer sticks, they also make a great finger food for a party. They are very quick and easy to put together with hardly any prep this makes them a perfect last minute meal. You can be creative with the herbs and change out or add more it is up to you.

If you have been keeping up with the progress of my beautiful handcrafted camphor laurel chopping, cheese boards and Mezzaluna Boards. My official site is finally finished and live so to see my full collection please click here.
